We recognise that there is much to learn from one of the oldest surviving cultures in the world.

This is why our program is developed in partnership with our First People. The One Disease Crusted Scabies elimination campaign is known in community as the Healthy Skin Program.

We aspire to make ourselves redundant. The Healthy Skin Program's strategy is built to promote ownership and understanding of Crusted Scabies so patients work together with local clinics to manage the disease themselves.

Our Healthy Skin Mob

Our mob of healthy skin nurses travel across the country to visit the most remote communities. Landing on red dust runways, they provide intensive support, treatment and education to those with Crusted Scabies and their families. They work in partnership with local community and health providers to facilitate education programs and work tirelessly to eliminate the disease in some of the harshest working conditions in Australia.

Good news. We are hiring!
